  我工作的地方有Caring Pharmacy，所以，每當午餐時間，以最快速度用完午餐（不健康對吧？LOL)..因為我博不及待的就想狂Caring Pharmacy 看看有什麼新保養品。（可是，我呢。。first priority still like to shop or survey Watson Pharmacy, because there are more choices to survey and look for new skincare products. 

  是不容緩，我得告訴大家，我盡然在CaringPharmacy家找到新產品~Corine De Farme (one of the brand from French Group ,SARBEC COSMETICS)

*橄欖油* 〜 Olive Oil 的用處

  最近超愛看'美人雜誌'和'藍心湄的節目'女人我最大'，因為內容包羅萬有，關於美容，保養，流行，等等。而且很多資訊都取自四面八方，各個國家。

  當然，我也因為她們極力推薦橄欖油的好處，四不容緩的我也敗家買了試試！得知，我應該買有'EVOO' 和 'DOP' status 的標籤。 EVOO = Extra Virgin Olive Oils. It's all in how it's named.virgin means that it's a FIRST press, and no chemicals were used extracting the oil. No chemicals mean more antioxidants, which is healthier for our skin. DOP = Denominazione Di Origine Protetta (should be Italian word) meanings Protected Designation Of Origin, 受保護的原廠地名稱。 

  這一瓶就是我買的啦，cost me about RM60++。暫時，我只把它用在我daily make up remover and moisturizer.

橄欖油的用處繁多，for shaving, exfoliate skin, to moisture a dry scalp, for hair, during manicure, to remove nail polish from skin, as shampoo additive, lip balm. Dry and cracked feet, cooking a healthy food with olive oil and etc....

最熟悉的陌生人？

 我呢是永远admit是100%宅女，还是中年宅女！很可悲吗？也并不！因为很喜欢待在自己小小的宇宙里，做自己喜爱的。

我以为我应该不会再遇见TA。TA就是我熟悉的陌生人。某一天中午为了attend 牛尔老师的讲座会，独自一人就去了，在某个角角落，回眸时，却让我遇见TA和TA太太。心情百感交集下当TA是我从不认识的人，擦身而过，向左向右的坐着，可是我们身上都穿着同个颜色的衣服。

其实我也替TA开心，最终太太也给了TA梦寐以求的生活方式。我自认我可能会毁灭TA想要的。我相信无论如何，我们一定会努力的过自己向往的生活。衷心祝福TA。你也一定要好好照顾身体噢！

  Personally, I really fall in love with one of the Cetaphil products which is DAILY ADVANCE ULTRA HYDRATING LOTION. I have Combination skin, oily on T-zone & very dry on cheek area till i can see fine lines start appearing on my cheek ( 中女心声 ! lol). I have try so many products but this is the one that i fall in love with. I found this from Caring Pharmacy and cost me about RM60++ & when i saw the packaging product written 'ADVANCE' & ULTRA HYDRATING' and it proved that it was very moisture & hydrating (it proven Long-lasting too)  & scent-free ( Of course i just applied on my cheek few layers,Day & Night and it very healpful.)

  I am absolutely will re-purchase DAILY ADVANCE ULTRA HYDRATING LOTION for my 2nd tube. A skincare winner! It’s cheap as chips, and does an incredible job at hydration.

忙里偷闲~~~沉醉在窦靖童~Blue Flamingo

  Music....永远是我的‘良药’‘慰籍’，工作上的忙碌，来个忙里偷闲的 music, 我就活跃起来。哈哈。。。

  虾米音乐网 （xiami.com) 是我唯一的音乐来源。我喜欢这网站，因为它有最新的歌曲，不同风格音乐，有些歌还有歌词附上呢！有时我还便看着歌词便唱起歌来。 当然，这网络也有它的美中不足。可是，大致上我还满意它啦。

   我最近满喜欢听窦靖童~Blue Flamingo ，她是王菲与窦唯的daughter。 听了她唱 Blue Flamingo, 有少少妈妈的影子，尤其是在一段 唱到‘doodah' ,错乱中好像王菲在唱. 最终,我还是欣赏这女孩子，英文咬字赞！而且，听着听着．．有英国风格的曲风．

懒人出没的第一天-My First Day to be Blogger

  我终于‘踏出’第一步成为部落客里的一分子。虽然百般思考的应不应该加入在其中原因包括有考虑的是自己的语文能力有限，怕被笑，怕麻烦（觉得create blog quite complicated for me LOL）等等。最终还是豁出去了！！

  我自认是101% 老宅女， 休息天都躲在家，电视是我唯一的消遣娱乐。当然这第一步的踏出背后也有它的motivation ，自从开始surf blog，无意间，让我也有推动力的开始要分享自己的喜好，也想和各界朋友连个线。我也希望我对部落客的爱有始有终。
